As an assurance that we will stand behind our work, iTritek offers six (6) months limited warranty, from the date of payment, on all repairs. iTritek's warranty covers the replacement of part(s) or component(s) used, repaired, or purchased for the original diagnosis request, and does not include labor that may be needed for subsequent repairs. This warranty also excludes the following terms and agreements:
- Part(s) defects, either hardware, software or components, caused by excessive wear and tear and/or physical/accidental abuses
- Damages resulting from wear and tear under conditions exceeding the part's manufacturer limitations
- Data loss that may occur during shipping or repair services
All shipping and handling costs in connection with our warranty service are the responsibility of the customers. This warranty is valid only with customer whose name was registered at time of the diagnosis request, in iTritek database, and is not transferable to succeeding owners.
Improper repair or warranty service performed by any parties other than iTritek will void this warranty.
iTRITEK DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES RESULTED FROM OR BY BREACH OF WRITTEN OR IMPLIED WARRANTY FROM THIS AGREEMENT, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY FOR ANY PURPOSES.
iTritek shall reserved the rights to change, alter, or add additional terms to this agreement without the obligation to report or update its customers, except by having an up-to-date content posted under "warranty" on its web site.
No other form of agreement, either written or verbal, implicit or explicit, with any iTritek employees shall alter or supercede this warranty.
