What is a holistic solution?
A holistic repair solution is an approach where the technician diagnoses a problem at the component level instead of swapping parts. By repairing at the component level, iTritek can pin point the exact component and fix it at the source. This approach usually resulted in lower part cost, which in return allows iTritek to deliver a repair service with more value, and that's mean low cost repair for consumers.
Why should I select iTritek?
iTritek offers a hassle-free experience. All diagnoses are completely free, and we even offer free pick-up and delivery service for TVs and projectors. All repairs are also warranted for 6 months, parts and labor.
What are your hours of operation?
General business hours are from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., PST, Monday to Friday. After hours, weekends, and pick-up appointments are available with prior scheduling. Customers with a Business Account are not restricted to general business hours.
How much is your diagnosis?
All diagnoses are free with no obligation or hidden fee. A repair is pertinent upon customer's authorization after a quote is provided. If you choose not to repair with us after a diagnosis, we still offer a free delivery service.
What do I need to do to get a free diagnosis?
There are two ways:

Can I drop off my unit at your location?
Our technicians travel up and down the Bay on a daily basis. As a result, we provide a pick-up and delivery service for your convenience, free of charge. However, a drop-off can also be done, but a pre-scheduled appointment is required to ensure we have a technician available. To schedule an appointment, please call (408) 768-3031 and indicate that you want to drop off your unit for diagnosis.
How do I ship my unit to you?
You can ship to us using any US carriers, such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, or USPS. Once repaired, we'll ship the unit back using the same carrier. (Please note: shipping and handling fee is the customer's responsibility.) Insurance is recommended, but not required. Currently, NO INTERNATIONAL shipping is available. Does iTritek Solutions sell parts?
No, we do not sell parts. We only sell circuit boards.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, such as Mastercard, Visa, and American Express. We use PayPal. Customers do not need an account to pay via PayPal, and transactions are secured with SSL encryption. For information regarding PCI DSS compliance, please refer to Paypal.com for details.
